Cleaning inside a live or pre-energisation substation is not general construction cleaning. The environment is unforgiving: fine conductive dust, restricted access, permit-controlled areas, and a programme where the handover date does not move.

How We Work

Pre-energisation standard. Cleaning specified and recorded to the contractor’s handover requirements, with sign-off sheets issued per area.

Permit and induction compliant. Site-specific RAMS issued in advance. Operatives inducted, face-fit tested and under health surveillance.

Controlled dust management. HEPA extraction and dust suppression methods selected to protect switchgear and finishes.

Working at height, in-house. IPAF-trained operatives with our own MEWPs. High-reach equipment used in place of ladders as standard.

Programme-led. Nightshift, weekend and phased working to suit commissioning dates.
